Booking Rules

Members may book a court up to 14 days in advance.
When booking 14 days in advance, the courts can only be booked from 7am.
Members are encouraged to show the opponent's name on the booking sheet.
Squash-only members may only book squash courts.
Tennis-only members may only book tennis courts.
Junior members may only book courts 3 days prior and, for squash, hours of play as for Off-Peak membership.
Off-Peak membership:
- squash hours of play from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday - Friday, any time on weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Tennis no restrictions.
Weekday membership, squash and tennis, weekdays only from 9 am to 6 pm.
Associate Playing Members - For adults to play only with Junior members - rules for hours of play as per Juniors.

Booking Fees

Squash: £4 per booking (45 minutes).
Tennis courts are free to use.
Padel £8 per 30 minutes.
Floodlight tokens are available from the Club Bar or our Tennis/Padel Representative
- Tennis Floodlight tokens: £3 per half hour
- Padel Floodlight tokens: £1 per half hour
Fitness Studio: £20 per hour.

Each member has an account within this booking system.
Members must have credit in order to reserve courts.
Members can top-up their acccounts with a credit/debit card transaction when logged into this booking system website -- click "Buy Credit" when logged-in, and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, members may purchase £20 top-up vouchers from the bar, and apply the top-up to their accounts by logging-in to this website or by using the touch screen on-site at the club.

When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
The booking fee is automatically refunded as system credit when the court is cancelled more than 24 hours prior.
When the booking is cancelled within 24 hours, the booking fee is only refunded as system credit if the same court is re-booked by another member. In this case, the late-cancellation charge is reversed and no longer appears on your account.
Late cancellation charges will apply to all group sessions, and Padel rain refunds will only be given if the whole session is cancelled by the coach or admin because of heavy rain. Please do not cancel your place but wait to hear from the coach/admin whether the session is cancelled.
In case of rain, contact us to request refund for padel late-cancellations, and please be sure to include the booking details.

Vistors and Social Members may play squash or tennis only six times in any rolling 12 month period.
Full court fees are payable plus a supplement of £4 per Adult and £2 per Junior player.
When playing a Guest or Social member, the member booking the court must select SQUASH GUEST, TENNIS GUEST, or JUNIOR GUEST as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets.
The system will automatically charge the Guest Fee to your booking system account.
If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
